By using slowperfume.com you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully; they cover orders, payments, shipping, and the limits of our responsibility.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel an order for reasons including stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. International shipping may incur additional duties collected by the destination country.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

Intellectual property

Product photography, copy, and formulations are © Slow Perfume. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are liable only for direct damages caused by our negligence, up to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
