Fragrance is personal. If a bottle isn't right for you, we want to make it easy to resolve.

Damaged or wrong item

Email hello@slowperfume.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Change of mind

Unopened bottles in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Return shipping is at your cost; refunds cover the product price only, not the original shipping charge.

Not eligible

• Opened or partially used bottles (hygiene).
• Discovery samples and gift-with-purchase items.
• Items marked "final sale".

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Bank timelines may add a few days.
